Returns Policy

From the moment of receipt, you have 14 days to return the part without giving a reason. Your payment is refunded within 14 days of the return reaching us (or earlier if you provide proof of dispatch).

Go to "Orders" → select the order → "Return". Fill in the reason (optional), receive a DPD return label. Stick it on the package and drop at the nearest DPD pickup point.

The part must be returned in the same condition you received it — uninstalled, undamaged, with original packaging. If the part is damaged in return shipping or has been installed, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Once we confirm the return, funds are refunded via Stripe to the same card or bank account. Stripe processing takes 5–10 business days. The refund covers the purchase price and the original shipping fee.

If you return without giving a reason — buyer covers return shipping. If the part is defective or doesn't match the listing — seller covers return shipping; we provide a free label.

The seller warrants that every part supplied matches the description, condition and fitment stated in the listing. Where a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favour, the seller's earnings and commission for that order are reversed. Where the seller is not at fault — including damage in transit and platform errors — seller earnings are not reduced. If earnings were already paid out, the reversed amount is set against future earnings or invoiced for payment within 14 calendar days. (Seller Agreement, 7.1, 7.3, 6.6)

If the part is no longer available or the seller otherwise cannot fulfil an order, they must say so within 1 business day. The order is cancelled and the buyer refunded in full. No cancellation fee or penalty applies to an individual cancelled order, but repeated failure to fulfil confirmed orders is a material breach and may lead to reduced listing visibility or suspension of new orders. The 14-day right does not apply to: (a) parts made to your individual specification; (b) hygiene items (filters, gaskets) once their packaging is opened; (c) digital content (where relevant).
