The Communications Regulatory Authority of Lithuania (RRT) is the appointed DSA supervisor for Lithuania. Authority requests can also be sent to help@motored.lt and receive a response within 48 hours (24 hours for time-critical matters).

If you see a listing that violates law or our rules (counterfeits, stolen parts, unsafe goods, etc.), submit a notice to report@motored.lt with the listing URL, the nature of the violation, and any evidence. We decide within 5 business days; manifestly illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, etc.) is acted on within 24 hours and reported to Lithuanian authorities.

Motored publishes an annual DSA Article 15 transparency report covering notice volume, listings removed, account suspensions, response times, and automated-moderation statistics. The first report is due January 2027 alongside our financial year.

If your listing was removed or your account restricted, you can appeal within 14 days at appeal@motored.lt. Include the case identifier and your reasoning. Appeals are reviewed by an admin other than the one who made the initial decision. We respond within 14 days. Further escalation: an out-of-court dispute body (in Lithuania, VTAS) or the courts.

Under Council Directive (EU) 2021/514 (DAC7), Motored reports qualifying sellers' identity, bank account, country code, total sales and remitted taxes to the Lithuanian State Tax Inspectorate (VMI) annually. Sellers crossing the annual threshold (€2 000 or 30+ sales) are notified before submission and can amend their data. First filing: January 2027 covering calendar year 2026.
